How to request account deletion

1. Email support@drinkuu.com from the email address registered with Drinkuu.
2. Use the subject Drinkuu account deletion and say that you want your account and associated personal information deleted.
3. We will verify the request, ask for any necessary clarification, and confirm the outcome within the deadlines required by applicable law.

You can also copy the address into your email app. Sending the email starts a request; it does not automatically delete the account. Never send your password, verification code, or full payment-card details.

What is deleted

A verified account-deletion request covers the account, saved profile, display name, favourite avatar, linked purchase entitlements and verification records, and other associated personal information that no longer needs to be retained. We also assess any remaining game records linked to the account for deletion or de-identification.

Account deletion may remove access to account-linked upgrades. It does not automatically refund Google Play purchases or delete records independently held by Google. Store purchase questions and refund requests follow the store’s procedures.

What may be kept

Some information may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. We explain any applicable exception and its retention period or criteria when responding. Backup copies may remain restricted until they expire under the provider’s backup lifecycle. Information another player has already seen or copied cannot necessarily be recalled.

Played as a guest, or want only certain data deleted?

You can email the same address with the subject Drinkuu data deletion. Include your in-game name, approximate date and time of play, and room code if available, or describe the specific data you want deleted. Provide only what is needed to help locate the records. Without a registered email or recoverable session identifier, we may need more information to find the correct records and verify that they belong to you.

Deleting the app or signing out clears or ends local access; it does not submit a server-side deletion request.
